The Leading Edge Group and the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver offer an on-line Lean Healthcare Green Belt program specifically designed to address the challenges of healthcare using the proven power of a dynamic new business model.
The program is built around a series of ten interlocked lessons, designed to give you core mastery over the fundamentals of the Lean Healthcare methodology and its associated tools and practices. These lessons find immediate practical application as you develop, initiate and complete a project within your own organization as part of your Green Belt training. Even as you are learning, you are already bringing value to your organization and honing your ability to see its systems and processes through a new lens of continuous improvement.
Students who successfully complete the program will receive a Certificate of Completion from the Daniels College of Business as well as:
- 4 graduate level credits from the Daniels College of Business*
- 10 Continuing Education Units (CEUs)*
- Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credits (Code B units) upon request *
- Referrals to the Lean Healthcare Black Belt program
*Students wishing to receive college credit for Black Belt course work need to complete a For Credit application form in addition to the standard registration form.
