The Lean Healthcare Green Belt is an on-line certification program that provides participants with a comprehensive overview of Lean Thinking and its effective application in healthcare. It is built around a series of ten interlocked lessons, supplementary Lean Healthcare resources, and expert mentoring support. The program finds immediate practical application as participants develop, initiate, and complete a project within their own organization as part of their training. Participants who successfully complete the program receive 4 graduate level credits, 10 Continuing Education Units (CEUs), and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credits (Code B units) from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.

The Lean Healthcare Black Belt is available as a distance education or instructor-led certification program.
